The average person only thinks of using golf carts when they are on a golf course, but there are many other uses for them. If you stop and think about it, you will realize that you have probably seen them used at sporting events such as major league baseball games, pro football as well as the PGA.

When the word golf is mentioned, people automatically think of the word green. It is, after all, quite appropriate since this sport is played outdoors amidst the lush greenery of the outdoor lawn or golf course. A golf course is not a standardized playing area. There is no question when people come up with the word green upon hearing the term golf. After all, what they usually see on television is a wide expanse of neatly manicured playing field. The only constant thing is the number of holes, which is a toss between 9 and 18 holes.

I used to work in a customer service company. It was situated less than a kilometer away from a large subdivision, and beside the subdivision is a golf course. An officemate happens to live on that subdivision, and it was always a sight to see him come to the office in a golf cart. Beats the cost of gas from driving an automobile he says. A few meters from the office building was a mall and he would look really cool as he parks his golf cart in the parking lot to spend some time at the mall after work.
